Zohran Mamdani, the New York City mayor, stated on Tuesday that he lacks authority to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu but called on U.S. federal authorities to enforce an International Criminal Court warrant if Netanyahu visits the United States later this year.
